Resume
Ying Zhang (Member, IEEE) was born in Tangshan, Hebei, China, in 1994. Ying Zhang received the B.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics (NUAA), Nanjing, China, in 2016 and 2021, respectively. From 2022 to 2024, he was an engineer with Nanjing Electronic Equipment Research Institute, China Aerospace Science and Industry Corporation, where he worked in the fields of advanced electronic countermeasure and radar. Since April 2024, he has been an Associate Professor with School of Microelectronics (School of Integrated Circuits), Nanjing University of Science and Technology (NJUST), China. He has authored or coauthored over 30 articles in peer-reviewed international journals and conference proceedings. His research interests include radar technology, electronic countermeasure, computer vision, machine learning, miniature radar systems, SAR imaging algorithm, and remote sensing video analysis. Dr. Zhang is an Associate Editor for several international journals, including IEEE Sensors Letters, EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing, and Frontiers in Remote Sensing, a Guest Editor for IEEE Journal of Selected Topics in Applied Earth Observations and Remote Sensing, Remote Sensing, and Sustainability. He is a reviewer for 25 international journals over 500 peer reviews, and a recipient of the “Outstanding Reviewer” of IEEE Transactions on Instrumentation and Measurement in 2021 and 2023, respectively.
