Dr. Liu He, male, associate professor, senior engineer, tutor for graduate, national registered urban planner. He graduated from Southeast University majoring in Transportation Engineering in 2013. He worked at Jiangsu Institute of Urban Planning and Design from 2013 to 2015, Shenzhen Urban Transport Planning Center from 2015 to 2019, and Nanjing University of Science and Technology from March 2019 to now. He is an associate professor and young teacher counselor in The Department of Automation.

He has been engaged in the research and practice of traffic simulation and traffic big data. He has presided over the construction of traffic simulation models and traffic big data platforms of many cities in China. He has participated in 3 national scientific research projects, obtained over 10 intellectual property rights, and published 1 textbook and more than 40 papers. He has won the 2nd award of Science and Technology of China Transportation Association, the 2nd award of science and technology of China Intelligent Transportation Association, the 2nd award of China industry-university-research cooperative innovation achievement, 7 provincial and municipal Excellent Urban and rural Planning awards, and 1 paper was selected as the front runner 5000 of top articles in outstanding S&T journal of China in 2012.
